Cancellations are accepted ONLY within 24 hours of purchase via email to nadine@namodico.com. All sales are FINAL, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. Please double check items you have selected before purchase. If for any reason you have a problem or are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will work together to ensure your satisfaction.
NaMoDiCo is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it leaves our facility. We will not replace or issue any refunds.
If you receive any damaged packages or products, you must send pictures of the items along with your order number within 10 days of the ship date. Send inquiries to info@namodico.com. If there are any question regarding your orders, please reach out to your local post office.
Customers will be emailed their Priority Mail tracking number once items have shipped.
