Nadine Cook, founder of NaMoDiCo, battled with acne for all of her teenage life and much of her early adulthood. She tried every over the counter cream, cleanser, and astringent to no avail. Prescription creams were no better in fixing her problem skin. She came to the conclusion that the only way to clear her skin was to make something for herself. With a bit of research and botanical science, she developed a Witch Hazel Tea Tree astringent and still uses it to this day to keep her face clean and refreshed. This discovery inspired her to get an education in Alternative Medicine so that she could have a foundation to grow from and share her discoveries and knowledge with others. She went of to receive a certification in Meditation Teaching understanding that a person's well being is not determined by their outward appearance and not just their physical health, but involves the whole person, Mind, Body, and Soul.
